Cometic S2000 F20C/F22C MLS Exhaust Manifold Gasket – 0.030 in Thickness

The Cometic C4159-030 is a multi-layer steel (MLS) exhaust manifold gasket designed for the Honda S2000 F20C and F22C engines. Compared to common composite or graphite-style gaskets, MLS construction is far more resistant to heat cycling, blowout, and gasket “push-out” under sustained high temperature and vibration. The F-series runs high compression and high exhaust temperature from the factory, which makes durable sealing at the header flange a real concern, and it’s an ideal upgrade for street and track cars running aftermarket headers.

This gasket uses an embossed multi-layer steel design to maintain clamping load across the flange, helping prevent exhaust leaks that can cause ticking, soot marks, and warped sealing surfaces over time. The oval ports measure 2.03 x 1.73 inch, matched to the factory F20C/F22C exhaust ports. No sealants are required when installed on clean, flat mating surfaces.
