The Cometic C4680-094 is an aramid fiber (AFM) intake manifold gasket designed for the non-VTEC Honda/Acura B18 engine. It seals the intake manifold to the cylinder head, keeping the intake tract airtight so the engine pulls a clean, measured charge. A tired or crushed intake gasket is a common source of vacuum leaks, which show up as a rough or hunting idle, a lean condition, and fuel-trim or lean-related trouble codes. AFM is dimensionally stable, holds its torque, and stands up well to the heat and fuel vapor at the intake flange.

At 0.094 inch this is a thick gasket, giving strong crush and conformity across the flange to seal cleanly even on surfaces that aren’t perfectly flat. No sealants are required when installed on clean mating surfaces. Note this is the non-VTEC B18 intake gasket with 2.03 x 1.72 inch ports; the VTEC B18C GSR and Type R use a different manifold port and take their own gasket, so match to your engine before ordering.

Fitment

Honda/Acura non-VTEC B-series applications: B18A1 (90-91 Integra) and B18B1 (94-01 Integra LS, GS, RS), using the matching non-VTEC B18 intake manifold flange.
