The Toda Racing Spec C camshaft set is the most aggressive cam profile in Toda’s B-series lineup, engineered for high-output engines that prioritize top-end power and sustained high-rpm operation. Designed for serious performance builds, Spec C moves well beyond OEM, Spec A, and Spec B camshafts, delivering substantially increased lift and duration to maximize airflow at elevated engine speeds.

This camshaft set is intended for track-focused and competition-oriented builds where supporting modifications are already in place, including upgraded valvetrain components, increased compression, and improved intake and exhaust flow.

Compared to OEM Type R camshafts, Spec C dramatically increases VTEC lobe lift and duration, allowing the engine to continue making power far beyond the factory powerband. Compared to Spec A and Spec B, Spec C further prioritizes high-rpm efficiency and peak output, trading low-rpm manners for maximum performance once on the high cam. This profile is best suited for engines that operate predominantly in VTEC and are built to sustain high engine speeds reliably.

Upgraded valve springs and retainers are required when running Spec C camshafts. Proper valvetrain setup, clearances, and supporting hardware are critical for durability and performance with this cam profile.
