Radlok 10mm Connector – Black – 4/0-3/0AWG (95mm²)

A genuine Amphenol Radlok 10mm press-lock power connector in Black. Crimps directly onto 95mm² (4/0 to 3/0 AWG) copper wire using a hex hydraulic crimper. The bare conductor of typical fine-stranded 95mm² cable measures close to 12mm, which you can verify with a caliper before crimping. Rated at 300A continuous, this is the heaviest cable size the 10mm system is built for, the connector for the highest-current runs on the platform.

Wire run length matters. The longer the cable between your battery and its destination, the more resistance builds in the circuit, and with resistance comes heat and voltage drop, which effectively increases the current demand on the wire. At 95mm² on a 10mm pin you have the full current headroom the system offers, enough for long relocated runs feeding heavy loads without the conductor working near its limit. This is the top of the 10mm range, so if a build genuinely needs more than this can carry, the requirement has moved past what a single 10mm connection is designed to handle.

Crimping this connector requires a hex hydraulic crimper, available on Amazon or similar. No special tools beyond that. Once crimped, the connector presses onto any compatible 10mm Radlok stud and locks in place with a single finger. No exposed terminals, no loose hardware, and a connection that stays put regardless of vibration.
