Powerflex Road Series – 22mm Rear Sway Bar Bushings
The rear anti-roll bar is clamped to the body by a pair of bushes, and on a car this age the factory rubber has long since gone soft. As it deteriorates the bar shifts inside the mount instead of working against it, which dulls the rear end and lets the chassis roll further before the bar takes up load. You feel it as a rear that lags behind the front through direction changes. Powerflex replaces the worn rubber with a moulded polyurethane bush that holds the bar firmly in the mount while still isolating noise and vibration close to standard levels. The bar reacts the instant you load it, so roll is controlled sooner and the rear stays composed and predictable through quick transitions and mid-corner corrections. Sized for the 22mm rear anti-roll bar, so measure your bar before ordering, as diameter varied by model and trim. Supplied as a pair.
