91508-SR3-000 is a cowl top panel clip (black) — the push-in retainer that secures the windshield cowl / scuttle panel (the plastic cowl at the base of the windshield) to the body.
These clips commonly break or loosen during windshield/cowl removal, causing the cowl panel to lift, rattle, or fit unevenly. Replacing missing or tired clips restores the factory panel fitment and keeps the cowl tight and quiet.
