Vibrant Performance T304 Stainless U-J Mandrel Bend, 2.5″
A single piece of mandrel-bent tubing that gives you three usable sections in one: a 180-degree return bend, a 45-degree bend, and a straight leg. Cut where you need them and one U-J covers routing that would otherwise take several separate bends and welds, which means fewer joints in the finished pipe and cleaner flow through the system.
Mandrel bending keeps the tube its full diameter all the way through the curve, so there is no crushing or wrinkling at the bend to choke flow. It is formed from T304 stainless in 16-gauge (0.065″) wall, so it holds up to heat, moisture, and corrosion far better than mild steel and takes a clean weld for anyone TIG-ing up a system.
Specs: 2.5″ outside diameter, 3.5″ centreline bend radius, 180/45-degree U-J form, T304 stainless, 16-gauge wall. Sold individually.
