Fine-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sandpaper roll ideal for final block sanding before sealer or primer. The 220 grit aluminum oxide abrasive offers smooth, controlled cutting—perfect for refining body filler, surfacer, or feathered edges without loading or tearing.

We use PSA rolls on acrylic sanding blocks to ensure a true, flat sanding surface. Unlike hook and loop systems that add a padded layer, PSA applies directly to the block. That extra softness from hook and loop can act like a foam backing, allowing the abrasive to roll into low spots. When the goal is flatness—not contouring—this is less than ideal. PSA maintains full contact and consistent pressure, which is critical when preparing panels for paint.
